International order/return policy
Shopping online from anywhere in the world is fun, easy and secure. Our checkout process uses latest technology to encrypt all of your billing and payment information.
We ship fabrics to almost all the countries around the world. We utilize FedEx for all our shipping purposes and the freight cost is never flat rate. Shipping cost to different countries will vary based on the fabric weight, shipping method selected and the destination country or location. When you place an order online, our software will estimate the shipping cost for you prior to submitting the order. If the actual shipping cost is significantly different from the estimation, we will adjust it for you before charging your order. You will also be notified about the final shipping cost you have to pay before we ship out your order.
The shipping cost DOES NOT include any taxes, duties and/or custom fees imposed by the destination country. Please read the following for the terms and conditions regarding international orders.
Payment options
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover) and PayPal. Please note, that if your billing information is an international address and shipping to an USA address; we will need the recipient's USA phone number for shipping purposes.

International Economy: International Economy orders require 24 hours processing time before being queued for shipment.
International Priority: International Priority orders must be placed before 2 pm (ET) to be processed and shipped on the same day. Any order placed after 2 pm (ET) will be processed the next business day.
Please note, shipments to international addresses are generally subject to Custom Duties, taxes (such as VAT), and other charges, as determined by the local jurisdiction. Customers will be responsible for paying local sales taxes, duties or other fees.
If an order is refused or returned to Spandex World, Inc. due to inaccurate information or incorrect address or because it was declined or undeliverable, Spandex World, Inc. reserves the right to retain the original shipping fee, and also the costs incurred related to the shipment returned to Spandex World, Inc.
International Returns Policies
Purchases made at www.spandexworld.com are eligible for a refund within 10 days from the day you receive the package. Please call our Customer Service Representative at 212-391-2310 or email at order@spandexworld.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to get the authorization for the return. Please note, refunds will be issued in the same credit card used for the original purchase.
If you return a product to Spandex World, Inc. you will be the exporter from the destination country and liable for all return charges.
Please note, we ship fabrics around the world but we reserve the right to refuse shipments to any foreign country, or set of laws that is prohibitive for business matters. In a situation, if an incorrect or damaged fabric is shipped, only the fabric cost will be refundable excluding all shipping expenses and duties/taxes.
Note: Prior authorization is required for any return and the product must be returned in new condition. We cannot accept any return or exchange if fabric is:- damaged, cut or altered.

- swatches are not eligible for a return, refund or exchange.
Please Note: We are unable to issue any refunds after 10-days from the date you received the order.
- For any return or exchange, customers are responsible for all related duties, taxes & shipping costs.
- For any return or exchange, we will charge 25% of your actual order for restocking.
