Shipping and Return PolicyShipping Services and CostWe ship fabric around the world using different carrier options. On average, if order is placed before 4pm EST during business day then it will queued for same day processing and ships on same day. Orders placed afterward will be processed next business day. Shipping cost is automatically calculated during checkout process using your shipping address and approximate fabric weight. Sometimes however, actual cost may be significant different, in which case we will contact you for adjustment. Return policyIf, for any reason you wish to return our fabric, you can do so within 10 days. To authorize a return, please call our customer support first. Spandex World will pay for domestic return shipping charge. Original shipping charge however is non-refundable. For exchange, you would need to pay for the second shipment. For international orders, customers must export to our facility at their expense. PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS NO-RETURN AND REFUND AFTER CUT. |
